WELLNESS WITH STACY MARIE

Stacy Williams is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing personalized, therapeutic care that supports both physical and mental well-being. She graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at  Centennial College in 2022 and became officially registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in October 2023. Stacy also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, where she majored in Human Biology and Psychology.

With a strong foundation in health sciences and a passion for helping others, Stacy began her journey in healthcare through volunteer work at multiple University Health Network (UHN) locations, including The Toronto General Hospital. These experiences inspired her to pursue massage therapy—a hands-on profession that allows her to make a meaningful impact on her clients’ overall wellness.

Stacy takes a client-centered, evidence-informed approach to treatment, carefully tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of every individual. Her services include:

• Cupping Therapy

• Hot Stone Massage

In addition to hands-on treatment, Stacy places a strong emphasis on client education and active participation in care. She helps clients better understand their muscular systems and provides personalized exercises and self-care strategies to support healing and long-term results.

Outside the clinic, Stacy enjoys Hawaiian dancing, swimming, and cheering on her favourite basketball and football teams.
